With reference to your Despatch No. 288

of the 28th. December, 1917, I have the honour to transmit for your information a report made by Mr. E. D. C. Wolfe who was Head of the Sanitary Department for some time. I shall be glad if you will allow Kr. Watson to be supplied with a copy of this report of which three copies are enclosed and I shall also be glad if you can see your way to assist Mr. Watson in obtaining such employment as may be suitable for him.
